Consejería de Educación of Junta de Castilla and León is the Department of Education of the Autonomous Government of Castilla y León (Spain).

The institution works under the principle that educational quality means also equity and inclusion. In the sphere its responsibility as educational administration it promote measures forwarded to improving school success and competences achievements, supporting the educational transformation of the schools. In this project is directly involved the Directorate of Planning, Management and Educational Equity which is a principal administrative unit of the Consejería de Educación.

The Directorate involved has attributions and competences on the field of planning and management the educational and psychopedagogical guidance on the educational system in the region. As well as the development of measures for organizing and operating under equity foundations on schools. The General Directorate has involved the Educational counselling and multiprofesional team for Equity in Education in Castilla and León, that has between its functions that of collaborating on the design of training activities for educative community, linked with educational equity and equal opportunities issues; preparing educational, curricular and extracurricular materials for improving the response to students within an inclusive framework.

Panevezys District Education Centre is a public and non-profit organization established by the Council of Panevezys District Municipality in 1995 and located in Panevezys City, Lithuania. The purposes of the Centre are to develop professional competence of the members of schools communities and promote the dissemination of perspective pedagogical innovations. The centre provides an in-service training for 20 educational communities situated mainly in Panevezys District.

The Centre strives to develop professional competence of different community groups (youth, members of school communities, seniors) and promote dissemination of innovations in education. The activities of the Centre respond to the priorities of national education, school needs and individual trainees’ and the vision of a life-long learning society.  The Centre sees its principal task to offer timely trainings, workshops, seminars, internship. The service of freelance experts of education and acknowledged trainers-practitioners is available for both district teachers and school managers.

The team of the Centre offers research activities and learning projects, developing cooperation among different community groups, governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and foreign partners. It responds to the needs of educational community, regarding qualification, professional and cultural aspects.

Usak Provincial Directorate of National Education is a local authority that embodies 387 educational institutions, 3.991 teachers, 61.674 students. Also, it includes 5 Districts Directorate; 211 primary schools, 19 preschools, 3 private schools, 1 special needs education centres, 32 high schools, 4 teacher hotels, 1 guidance and research centre, 2 vocational education centres, 6 lifelong learning centres.

Our organization is responsible for all kinds of education and training activities in the province. The Provincial Directorate supervise and coordinate the educational processes like teaching, learning, evaluation and assessment at schools in Usak province. Main objective of our department is to develop international projects in the province. To achieve this goal we aim to provide new Youth and Lifelong Learning Projects and overseas Youth organisations.

The European idea and intercultural learning are important elements of our education and training life. Therefore we wish to establish contact to different partners under the framework of the different EU projects. We are looking forward to find new partners from all over the world.

By means of these projects, we would like to know each other and learn to work together to achieve particular aims; enhance the European dimension of education in our society promoting joint co-operation activities with organisations from different European countries;  to give pupils and teachers an opportunity to work together; provide active participation of our students in international activities; to help pupils and teachers to acquire and improve skills not only in the topic subject area on which the project is focussed, but also in terms of teamwork, social relations, planning and undertaking project activities ,give pupils and teachers the opportunity to practice foreign languages and increase their motivation towards language learning; broaden the horizons of students, parents, trainers and teachers and extend their cultural competences.

SINAPTICA association was founded in 2015, at the initiative of a group of experts in the field of education and professional training, development and implementation of projects financed from non-reimbursable funds and organizational management.
SINAPTICA aims to provide support to organizations and individuals for the development and achievement of their maximum potential, by conceiving, organizing, carrying out and promoting activities and projects in the fields of education and professional training for children, young people, adults and seniors, art and culture, environment, tourism and rural development, fundamental and applied research.
The members of the association and our collaborators have a rich experience in accessing non-reimbursable funds, they have had activities in areas such as: organizational development, IT, cultural heritage, supporting people with disabilities, performing arts and visual arts, social economy, architecture, museum activities or professional training . This experience is now at the service of all those interested in growing, developing and/or implementing projects that change the face of the organizations and communities in which they live and/or operate. Our long term aim is to form, in Romania, a network of people and organizations for whom development is a necessity, and the shared resources are an optimal answer for many challenges.

Association ARID

Association for the Regional Initiatives Development (ARID) is a private non-governmental organization oriented on the promotion and development of the idea of lifelong learning. The scope of the Association’s activities covers a variety of topics. The Association specializes in school education (SCH) but also, in accordance with the idea of lifelong learning, conducts training for adults as well as VET. In the dynamically changing modern World it is necessary to constantly improve your qualifications, develop skills and expand your knowledge. It is also important to face nowadays challenges connected to problems which are appearing every day in the life of all ARID’s target groups. The activities carried out by the Association meet these needs by organizing many different trainings, lectures and courses. The employees and trainers working in the Association are highly qualified staff in terms of both education and professional skills. In addition, the Association cooperates with numerous professionals (eg therapists, teachers, social workers, prison educators, tutors of disabled people, etc.) as well as public and private institutions from various branches (eg universities, research institutes, prison inspectorate ,
schools, centers for disabled children, etc.).
Since few years ARID actively participate in various international schemes, through a well-established network of partners abroad, based on the intense past experience. Association cooperates with more than 50 various international organizations from Europe and also from US and South America.
Association participated in few international multilateral projects. Those projects were realized in the frame of Life Long Learning Programme like Grundtvig Multilateral Project and Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation. Currently, since 2014, Association is working in Erasmus+ Programme. Association is involved in 50 projects in the frame of the Erasmus
Plus Strategic Partnerships.
